Lead Time Explanation

Our lead time represents the duration required for us to manufacture your order and does not encompass the time needed for shipping. Please be aware of the following key details regarding lead times:

• Lead times are calculated based on our production schedule, which runs for 40 hours per week from Monday through Friday. Weekends, company holidays, and non-workdays due to acts of nature are not included in our production schedule. It’s important to note that lead times specifically pertain to the production phase and do not account for transportation time. This means that the time it takes for your order to reach you is separate from our lead time estimate.

Lead times vary weekly according to several factors, including:

• Incoming order volume: The more orders we receive, the longer the lead time will be.
• Material availability: If we are waiting on materials from a supplier, the lead time will be longer.
• Capacity restraints: If we are at capacity, the lead time will be longer.
• Labor requirements: If we are short-staffed, the lead time will be longer.
